I am porting boehm-gc to rtems, in the "thread support" section, I find an
strange phenomenon.

When the program need to stop the world, it uses pthread_kill to tell other
pthread, pthread_kill return 0 which means successful, but the target
pthread's signal processing got skipped.

I am hanging on this for several days, is there anyone who encountered this
Could you give me a guess if you know this phenomenon?

Thanks a lot,
