Yes, this file is just a snapshot of the CVS repo.
It was produced by 7z-win32, so it might not have the correct files' permissions.
The file was named so because the base folder is called 'bdwgc' (not 'gc') in CVS .
I hope we'll manage to create the next alpha (at least) release soon.
